The Beacon program is reaching out to the Spanish-speaking population by inviting local organizations to come and introduce themselves. The event will offer free snacks and provide youth activities including craft projects, face painting, and balloon art, while enjoying the sounds of salsa, meringue, bachata, banda and other regional Mexican music.
